In an effort to help you understand this process, we are attaching a copy of the Instructions to Bidders for your use.
There is a 10% Bid Security required (Cashier's check made payable to the Owner or a Bid Bond) Bid's are opened at a public opening. The selected contractors will be required to provide a Payment & Performance Bond.
