- This 110,000 square foot project was unique in that while creating a new appearance for the clubhouse, Medinah Country Club’s character and integrity remained intact, which was of utmost importance to the membership
- The Medinah Country Club project was a massive undertaking involving the complete renovation of the existing clubhouse Built in 1924, and one of the premier golf courses in Chicago’s western suburbs, the clubhouse was overdue for a replacement of major systems and a complete makeover
- Work involved a complete historical renovation of the common areas, including mechanical upgrade, remodeling the men’s and women’s locker room facilities, adding/remodeling administrative offices and rooms We built a completely new kitchen, added new elevators and performed minor site work, all while the pro shop and all “out” buildings remained open to the membership
- The clubhouse reopened on schedule exactly one year to the day from the closing of the clubhouse for construction
