Millennium Elementary School

Henry Bros. Co. was selected to complete life safety and MEP updates at Millennium Elementary School in Tinley Park.

Scheduled over two summers, the work includes:

-Complete removal and replacement of existing roofs, HVAC equipment, existing plumbing fixtures, temperature control, and fire alarm systems.
-Construction of new mechanical room addition and the installation of all new equipment.
-Complete removal and replacement of all existing ceilings, lighting, fire protection sprinklers, and HVAC diffusers and grilles.
-Complete removal and replacement of all existing site lighting and playground equipment.
-Major renovations work to the existing School LRC and Cafeteria.
-Installation of new clerestory windows and storefront entrances.
