Johnsburg Workforce Housing

This project features nine new, two-story, wood-frame townhome buildings with a total of 49 residential units. There are five building types ranging from three- to seven-unit configurations. The floorplans for each building are identical and each unit has its own entrance. Residents parking includes open and some canopy covered spaces.

Exterior building elevation materials include pre-finished fiber-cement panels in conjunction with face-brick masonry.

Henry Bros. Co. was involved from the early design phases, (and extended pre-development phase) providing comprehensive preconstruction services for the owner and A/E team to ensure prudent, well-informed decisions, and optimal alignment of the design and construction cost.

Funding for this project included IHDA tax credits, along with other sources of capital.
