Crescent Place Apartments

Crescent Place is a four-story, 40-unit, affordable housing complex that features 20 one-bedroom and 20 two-bedroom units. Common areas include a fitness center, community room, library, computer cafe, and ample tenant storage space. There is parking for 80 vehicles. Located on an approximately 2.3-acre site, the structure features a wood frame and wood-truss construction.

Crescent Place provides much-needed, high-quality affordable housing for residents who meet income requirements while also creating aesthetic community improvements.

Henry Bros. was involved from the early design phases, (and extended pre-development phase), providing comprehensive preconstruction services for the owner and A/E team to ensure prudent, well-informed decisions, and optimal alignment of the design and construction cost.

This project was funded with a variety of capital sources including IHDA tax credits.
