Bid Details

This project is 3 main office additions onto 3 elementary schools creating a secure entrances. Two of the schools have some abatement and renovation work along with the additions. There is a small amount of site work on each project. The projects start mid April and go until the beginning of October. Pre Bid is January 17th at 10 am. Documents say the bid date is February 2nd at 3pm, but in the first addendum that date will be extended to February 8th at 2pm. Bids will be awarded at the February 15th Board Meeting. HB is a CM as Constructor, so contracts will be between HB and the awarded contractor.
