Construction Management Project Engineer

We have an opening for a Construction Management Project Engineer who is seeking an entry-level position with an established firm and who has a strong desire to gain experience and knowledge in the dynamic field of Construction Management and General Contracting. The ideal candidate should meet the qualifications listed below. These requirements and duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Assisting the Project Manager with reviewing and processing subcontractor submittals
  • Reviewing and keeping contract drawings current with associated addenda and/or change order information
  • Attending on-site job meetings as directed and maintaining meeting minutes
  • Assisting the Project Manager with basic change order pricing and associated documentation
  • Attending weekly in-house team meetings and following up on assignments
  • Assisting the Project Manager with responding to the Project Superintendent’s request for contract, drawing, and/or specification clarifications.

 

Project Engineer Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management
  • Willingness to learn
  • Self-motivated
