Henry Bros. Co. joined Housing Trust Group, Turnstone Development Corporation, and UrbanWorks Architecture for the recent grand opening of Crescent Place Apartments at 310 West Rand Road in Arlington Heights, IL. The 45,909 square-foot, four-story, wood-framed structure features 40 one- and two-bedroom apartments. Crescent Place provides much-needed, high-quality affordable housing for residents. Common areas include a fitness center, community room, a library, and a computer café. There is parking for 80 vehicles.
Among those participating in the groundbreaking from Henry Bros. Co. were Bill Callaghan, Jr., President; Tom O’Brien, Vice President for Project Development; Carl Hauert, Project Manager; and Jeremy Berg, Superintendent. Local and state officials also were present including Arlington Heights Mayor Tom Hayes, and State Senator, 27th District, Ann Gillespie.
