The Itasca Park District hosted a ribbon cutting and grand opening celebration for the recently completed 10,000-square-foot addition to its Community Recreation and Fitness Center at 350 E. Irving Park Road. The centerpiece of the expansion is a 6,200-square-foot space to support the instructive and competitive Itasca Gymnastics and Cheer (IGC) program. The project also included the renovation of existing space for a range of activities including basketball, volleyball, pickleball, and camps.

As construction manager, Henry Bros. Co. worked closely with Park District Director Maryfran Leno and FGM Architects to deliver this important improvement project on time and under budget.
