Mark brings 29 years of construction-industry expertise to HBCo having served in a variety of leadership roles. He has a great depth of construction experience managing numerous projects in various public and private markets including educational, municipal, civil, corporate, commercial, medical, retail, and hospitality. He is responsible for oversight of all estimating projects ensuring that budgets meet the defined scopes of work. His value-engineering expertise and collaborative methods ensure projects meet owner expectations without compromising design intent. In addition to creating budgets, he manages “hard” bidding of projects.
