Crescent Place Apartments Underway

Crescent Place is a four-story, 40-unit, affordable housing complex that will feature 20 one-bedroom and 20 two-bedroom units. Common areas will include a fitness center, community room, library, computer cafe, and ample tenant storage space. There will be parking for 80 vehicles.

Located on an approximately 2.3-acre site, the structure features a wood frame and wood-truss construction.

Crescent Place will provide much-needed, high-quality housing for residents who meet income requirements while also creating aesthetic community improvements. This project is partially funded with 9% IHDA tax credits.
