The Kenzie Senior Residences at Randhurst, a three-story, wood-frame building, offers 74 affordable units for residents 55 and older. It has 63 one-bedroom and 11 two-bedroom units with varying floor plans, each with a kitchen and climate control system. The facility features a variety of community spaces including a game room, community room, an outdoor covered deck with a grill area, an arts & crafts room, a library, a computer room, TV lounges, and a theatre room. Residents also have access to a well-appointed dining area.
