Project

Saint Xavier University: McCarthy and Morris Residence Halls

Having successfully completed several construction projects for the university, Henry Bros. Co. was selected to build two new residence halls at Saint Xavier University.

The combined $12 million, three-story facilities were completed just one year apart. The apartment-style halls offer a combined 55 suites, each with two bedrooms, two baths, a kitchenette, and a shared living space. Every room is air-conditioned and cable/internet ready. Each floor offers laundry facilities and a student lounge. Morris Hall is home to ‘Cougar Bytes,’ a cybercafe featuring Starbucks products. The exterior of the residence halls features lush landscaping and outdoor seating.
