New Multi-Use Concession Building at West Leyden High School

This new, multi-use building at West Leyden High School includes a concession area, locker rooms, restrooms, and storage. It replaces the original locker room structure which was on a nearby flood plane. The new building, raised seven feet, includes a concrete retaining wall to prevent flooding.

The two-story concession building features masonry, a metal roof, required life safety standards, a complete AC/HVAC system, and a mechanical room.
