Mr. Ferrell has been in the construction industry for forty years, all of which have been with Henry Bros. Co. Mr. Ferrell began his career with Henry Bros. Co. in the estimating department. After two years of military service he returned to Henry Bros. Co. and took over project management duties as well. Mr. Ferrell became President of Henry Bros. Co. in 1987 and is a managing member of Henry Bros. Construction Management Services, L.L.C.

Mr. Callaghan has been in the construction industry for thirty-two years, all of which have been with Henry Bros. Co. Mr. Callaghan graduated from Loras College in 1974, with a Business Administration degree. Upon graduation, he began working full-time as a carpenter, working his way up to job site Superintendent. Mr. Callaghan became Executive Vice President of Henry Bros. Co. in 1987 and is a managing member of Henry Bros. Construction Management Services, L.L.C. |

Mr. Kruse's professional career spans thirty-six years in the construction industry. He began his career with Henry Bros. Co. in 1992 as Senior Estimator and, in 1993, was named Chief Estimator. As Chief Estimator, his responsibility is to determine all costs relative to the projects being bid or negotiated. His involvement on specific projects may begin with "conceptual" estimating of a project while still in the schematic stage of design as is typical with our construction management assignments or "hard" bidding from complete plans as a general contractor. Mr. Kruse received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Chicago Technical College in 1969. |

Mr. Jagielski's professional career spans forty-two years in the construction industry. He began his career with Henry Bros. Co. in 1992 as a Senior Project Manager and in 1998 was named the Vice President of Project Management. In his six years as Senior Project Manager, Mr. Jagielski was instrumental in Henry Bros. Co. being recognized as a leader in the development of the Construction Management approach to school construction. Mr. Jagielski received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration in 1976 from Elmhurst College. |

Mr. Concannon's professional career spans forty-two years in the construction industry. He began his career with Henry Bros. Co. in 1972 as a carpenter. Mr. Concannon was quickly promoted to Superintendent in 1975. He became the General Superintendent, in charge of all superintendents, in 1990. In 1995, after 23 years of service, Mr. Concannon was named Vice President/Field Operations of Henry Bros. Co. He is also our corporate Safety Officer and is ultimately responsible for the safety of all our projects. |

Mr. Deneau has over 20 years of experience in the A/E/C industry. He began his career with Henry Bros. Co. as Director of Business Development in 1997 and, in 2005, was named Vice President of Business Development. Mr. Deneau leads the company's efforts in expanding existing business relationships by developing new business opportunities while nurturing existing and new client relationships that sustain the future growth of the company. He also identifies business trends and directions to align the company for current and future markets and realistic business opportunities. Mr. Deneau received his Bachelors of Business Administration in 1978 from the University of Cincinnati. |
