Cicero Senior Lofts

Henry Bros. Co. completed Cicero Senior Lofts, a new 62-unit, four-story, 54,450 S.F. apartment building designed for seniors that was financed, in part, under the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program as administrated by the City of Chicago Department of Planning and Development.

HBCo played an integral role during preconstruction in maintaining the budget through collaborative value analysis with the owner and design team, and timely sophisticated procurement efforts. HBCo worked diligently in complementing the client’s efforts by providing all required documentation to assist the project to “close” on time.

The project was delivered on time and on budget in concert with the owner’s leasing efforts and the placing of the tax credits in service in accordance with the financing.
