Edward Brown Center Gets Updated

This project at the Edward Brown Center included additions, alterations, and rehabilitation to a seven-story senior housing building.

Addition work allowed current studio apartments to be converted into one-bedroom units. Interior modifications included major mechanical, plumbing, and electrical work. Apartments were fully renovated to become handicapped accessible.

Renovations to the first floor included an updated lobby and a more beneficial shared community space. Site work included a new entry driveway and drop-off area at the front of the building.
