King Bruwaert House Renovation

Henry Bros. Co. renovated the main entrance and lobby area of King-Bruwaert House, a retirement community that provides care and services for independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled care. Originally built in 1933, the elegant building was enhanced with a new entrance and patio. HBCo made improvements throughout all three floors and to the basement of the facility.

Basement:    Snow-melt system
1st Floor:      New vestibule, parlor, reception area, business center, storage, café, and shop
2nd Floor:    Selective patching and repair
3rd Floor:     Multi-purpose room, offices, and restrooms
