Emerald Place, Anthem Glenview is a new, two-story 43,198 S.F. memory-care facility on a 2.5-acre site. The 68-unit residential Emerald Place was designed to accommodate the specific considerations of those afflicted with Alzheimer’s disease. For example, residents’ suites are equipped with advanced “smart” technology so staff can better monitor and respond to their needs.

Common areas incorporate features for the comfort and safety of residents. Two large satellite kitchens with bar-style counters provide social gathering space. Two-story vaulted ceilings with windows allow natural light into the main gathering areas. A secure outdoor courtyard features a circular walking path, putting green, bocce ball court, and wheelchair-accessible raised garden beds.
