Bickford of Gurnee is the third of three new communities for Bickford Assisted Living and Memory Care built by Henry Bros. Co. HBCo was selected to work with the development team as part of a multi-location area rollout program providing essential preconstruction budget, schedule, and quality controls.

Located on six acres, the 60-bed, 38,200 S.F. building offers 44 assisted-living beds and a separate 16-bed, secured memory care wing. The facility was built on the same design as Bickford of Tinley Park, HBCo’s first project for Bickford.

Resident amenities include a salon, sitting rooms, common areas for activities, a dining room, a bistro, and a landscaped courtyard. The facility also features offices, nursing stations, and other operational elements.
