Bickford of Aurora

Henry Bros. Co. completed Bickford of Aurora, the second of three new assisted living/memory care communities for the client. HBCo was selected to work with the development team as part of a multi-location area rollout program providing essential preconstruction budget, schedule, and quality controls.

Located on six acres, the 60-bed, 38,200 S.F. building offers 44 assisted-living beds and a separate 16-bed, secured memory care wing. The facility was built on the same design as
Bickford of Tinley Park, HBCo’s first project for Bickford.

Resident amenities include a salon, sitting rooms, common areas for activities, a dining room, a bistro, and a landscaped courtyard. The facility also features offices, nursing stations, and other operational elements.
