Bickford of Tinley Park

Henry Bros. Co. worked with the development team on a multi-location rollout program of assisted-living projects for the client and provided essential preconstruction budget, schedule, and quality controls.

Bickford of Tinley Park, the first project, is an assisted living/memory care community. Located on 7.5 acres, the new 60-bed, 38,200 S.F. building offers 44 assisted living beds and a separate 16-bed secured memory care wing.

Amenities for residents include a salon, sitting rooms, common areas for activities, a dining room, a bistro, and a landscaped courtyard. The facility also features offices, nursing stations, and other operational elements.
