The Grove, New Affordable Housing

The Grove is a new affordable housing apartment complex with 30 units in a mixed two- and three-story building. The complex features a furnished lobby, indoor and outdoor community areas, a fitness room, onsite laundry facilities, and onsite parking.

Apartment amenities include kitchen appliances and hard-wood floors throughout. Some fully furnished units also are available.

Henry Bros. Co. was involved from the early design phases, (and extended pre-development phase) providing comprehensive preconstruction services for the owner and A/E team to ensure prudent, well-informed decisions, and optimal alignment of the design and construction cost.

Funding for this project included IHDA tax credits, along with other capital sources.
