Greenhaven Apartments and Townhomes

The Greenhaven Apartments and Townhomes is a 94,013 S.F. residential complex in Palatine on an approximate three-acre site. The wood-framed/podium structure features two- and three-story sections with a total of 58 units. The building has a below-ground pre-cast/concrete parking area.

Henry Bros. was involved from the early design phases, (and extended pre-development phase) providing comprehensive preconstruction services for the owner and A/E team to ensure prudent, well-informed decisions, and optimal alignment of the design and construction cost.

This project was funded with a variety of capital sources including IHDA tax credits.
