McCracken Middle School Addition and Renovation

This project at Oliver McCracken Middle School consisted of more than 22,260 S.F. of new construction and over 10,000 S.F. of renovation to the existing school facility. The two-story addition included seven new classrooms, a tech studio, and a multi-purpose room.

A “green/planted roof” was added along with solar panels that produce thermal heat from the sun’s rays to heat the building’s water supply, thereby reducing utility costs for heating water.
