Mercy Circle “CCRC”

Henry Bros. Co. provided comprehensive preconstruction services to the Sisters of Mercy for their new Continuing Care Retirement Center (CCRC), Mercy Circle. This included establishing a firm scope, cost, and schedule in concert with critical owner decisions relating to financing.

The new $32 million, 146,922 S.F., LEED-certified ecclesiastical “CCRC” features a full range of independent, assisted, and skilled-care living units. There are 42 independent, 44 assisted, and 22 skilled/memory care units with indoor parking and other amenities including dining, fitness, and worship spaces.
