Midway Pointe Senior Living

Midway Pointe is a six-story, masonry and precast, 85,000 S.F. building offering 95 one- and two-bedroom independent living senior apartments.

Located in Chicago’s Garfield Ridge community, Midway Point Senior Living Residence offers income-qualified seniors affordable living with a range of modern apartment features. The facility also features community areas including a multi-purpose room, lounges, warming kitchens, a tv/media room, and laundry facilities.

Henry Bros. Co. was involved from the early design phases, (and extended pre-development phase) providing comprehensive preconstruction services for the owner and A/E team to ensure prudent, well-informed decisions, and optimal alignment of the design and construction cost.

Funding for this project included IHDA tax credits, along with other capital sources.
