Millennium Elementary School Gets Updates

Henry Bros. Co. completed life safety and MEP updates at Millennium Elementary School in Tinley Park.

Scheduled over two summers, the work included:

-Complete removal and replacement of existing roofs, HVAC equipment, existing plumbing fixtures, temperature control, and fire alarm systems.
-New mechanical room addition and equipment installation.
-Removal and replacement of all ceilings, lighting, and fire protection sprinklers.
-Removal and replacement of all exterior lighting and playground equipment.
-Major renovation work to the existing School Learning Resource Center and Cafeteria.
-Installation of new clerestory windows and entrances.
