Taylor Place Apartments
Taylor Place Apartments will feature a new 55,375 S.F., three-story, wood-framed building with 46 residential units and a 5,964 S.F., two-story, wood-framed townhome building with four units. Three free-standing garage buildings will provide 27 enclosed parking spaces.
A unique feature of this developmentĀ is the renovation and repurposing of the existing one- and two-story, 5,249 S. F. Old Feed Mill on the site which will be transformed into a community center, fitness center, business center, and a leasing office for residents. The project includes an outdoor play area, bicycle parking, and an outdoor terrace.
Henry Bros. was involved from the early design phases, (and extended pre-development phase) providing comprehensive preconstruction services for the owner and A/E team to ensure prudent, well-informed decisions, and optimal alignment of the design and construction cost.
Funding for this project included IHDA tax credits, along with other sources of capital.
