Fox Hill Senior Living

Fox Hill Senior Living is a new three-story, wood-framed structure that will feature 36 one-bedroom and 12 two-bedroom units. The development also will include a 96-space parking lot and outdoor amenities for residents.

Fox Hill Senior Living is set to be one of the first affordable living complexes in Kendall County, with completion planned for summer 2025.

Henry Bros. was involved from the early design phases, (and extended pre-development phase) providing comprehensive preconstruction services for the owner and A/E team to ensure prudent, well-informed decisions, and optimal alignment of the design and construction cost.

This project was funded with a variety of capital sources including IHDA tax credits.
