Saint Xavier University, Athletic and Convocation Center

Having successfully completed a number of projects for Saint Xavier University, Henry Bros. Co. was selected to manage the construction of its new two-story, multi-purpose recreational complex.

The building features basketball and racquetball courts, gymnasiums, a fitness center, an elevated running track, a food court, locker and equipment rooms, physical therapy and sports injury facilities, as well as a bookstore, and athletic department offices.

While the building was under construction, HBCo finished the bookstore, storage area, fitting rooms, and parking lots for owner occupancy three months before the remainder of the building was fully completed.

This project earned a LEED “Gold” designation.
