Saint Xavier University, Orland Park Campus

Henry Bros. Co. managed the construction of a new 36,000 S.F., $6.3 million state-of-the-art campus in Orland Park, Illinois, for Saint Xavier University.

The beautiful, single-story masonry structure features fifteen classrooms, three teaching labs, a cybercafé, space for academic institutes/conferences, a bookstore, a library, a technology center, and administration offices. The building can accommodate programming for up to five hundred students daily.

In 2018, Saint Xavier University sold the Orland Park Campus to RITA, Realizing Integration Through the Arts. The facility is now used as an arts-based, educational training center for people with developmental disabilities.
