Project

St. Joseph Village

Henry Bros. Co. constructed Saint Joseph Village of Chicago, a 94,000 S.F., three-story continuing care complex for the Franciscan Communities of Chicago. The levels of care provided to residents include assisted living, skilled nursing, memory support, and short-term rehabilitation.

Designed to provide for the whole person, the complex offers much more than a 54-bed skilled nursing facility and a 40-unit assisted living facility. Amenities for residents include a beautiful chapel with stained glass windows, a fully-equipped exercise room, and a comfortable dining room. A food service room, conference room, and administrative offices also were built. This was the second major continuing care complex constructed for Franciscans Communities by Henry Bros. Co. in a three-year period.
